This line at micros, screams they have the nuts or close to it. I don't think I'd be inclined to worry about protecting my flush in this spot unless I had some specific stats / reads that indicated otherwise. Pretty sure if you folded every over bet at this stake on the river when you didn't have it, you'd be +EV.

Call down. Looks like a fishy line due to sizings since flop. At the same times overbets are usually nuts, your hand is good enough to call down. Much deeper I might consider folding.
