Villian ($20)

2 limps villian raises from btn $1.25. Hero (small blind) 3 bets to $4 with 10s9s. Villian calls (pot: $9.00).
Flop 6c 3s 7h
Check, check
Turn: 9h
Hero bets $7, villian raises to $14.50.
I put villian on either a set that didn’t raise on the flop. Also note villian is a reg & multi tables.Like to hear yours thoughts. Thank you

Too loose preflop, just fold.
On the turn with your pot odds, I'm not folding, only a bad player would raise a set in position against a large bet. Although I expect them to have better value most of the time like a better 9.

This line is very under-bluffed by the pool, especially min-raises.
