SB checks, BB bets $0.90, Hero calls???

Reads: villain is mostly passive, so i know he's hit besides some weird spew where he minraised midpair in position to one of my cbet on an A hi board.

Since my hand isn't disguised at all, and they'll be wary of a straight, should i be folding this alot, only calling against this type of spewy player?

Is he loose passive or tight passive?
If he's loose passive I would call here; we have position and when we hit chances are hes paying us off.
If hes tight passive I would fold.
