Without looking at stats or the bet-sizes, I just think "This is my best top pair, and no flop draws got there, so I have to call". When I notice villain increased his bet-size to pot on the river, however, I just think it's gonna be two pairs or better way too often. A typical 5NL player doesn't bomb the river as a bluff a third of the time (those guys are heavily unbalanced in favour of value), so you can exploitatively fold this. He's not gonna show up with KJ or JT often enough, particularly as you block those hands.
