Should I call the jam on the turn? I'm a little suspicious with the large flop bet but I really don't think AJ or any overpairs play like this?

PokerStars - $0.05 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 100.4 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 4)
Hero (SB): 171 BB
BB: 99.8 BB (VPIP: 100.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 1)
UTG: 115.8 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)
MP: 154.4 BB (VPIP: 9.30, PFR: 6.98, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 45)
CO: 32.4 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 1)

Hero posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has K J

fold, fold, CO raises to 2.4 BB, fold, Hero calls 2 BB, fold

Flop: (5.8 BB, 2 players) 5 8 J
Hero checks, CO bets 5.2 BB, Hero calls 5.2 BB

Turn: (16.2 BB, 2 players) 7
Hero checks, CO bets 24.8 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 24.8 BB

I would make the call.
CO is opening a pretty wide range and is short stacked.
If he has anything he is getting it all in.
You've got top pair good kicker.

CO has only 32 BB. I would call it off. If the villain has 100BB, I would fold.

Looks like hes making a play with some kind of draw, prob FD.

I'd value how his short stack affects his play over the fact that he bet this turn (usually very strong here).

Theres a chance hes spewing with something TERRIBLE. Its not like it doesnt happen.

Yes let the hand go preflop.

Preflop is fine. You chance getting squeezed by the BB but it's not a hand I'm 3 betting with. Easy turn call IMO based on remaining stack sizes. I see this a lot with air and it's often not a decent hand. But you're posting it so I'm assuming you lost the hand.

Fist pump call for me. Sure sometimes he has it but such is life in poker.

would call call.

Also think folding preflop is way way too tight.

humm are we better off with a check/raise flop bet turn or bet turn line? I don't think he's that likely to shove his stack in with worse, but he may take a pair+draw or call off with just a draw?

Pre is fine and I don't even think a value three bet is out of the question here depending what exact specimen of fish this is.

As played he might show up with AJ but also all sorts of weird middle pair decent kickers and draws etc etc etc. I think villains' shoving ranges are usually ultra wide here.

I fold or 3b KJos in the sb, fwiw. Probably just fold vs an unknown shortstack. AP, folding would be pretty awful since V will show up with 66,99 two overs, 22, 33, 44 pretty often. My 2cents.
