Villain was 17/0 over just 6 hands, dont know if we can make assumptions with that sample.
But.. any thoughts on the way I played this hand?

Bet flop bigger other than that everything seems okay. I'm feeling that BB got sticky with 44.

bigger flop - he either has an A, which he won't fold, or he has a pp that wants to peel a street most likely, or he has air which will fold no matter what you bet, so bet for strong value on flop.
turn - good bet but fold when he min raises. Min raises are nut oriented and your AQ isn't strong enough now.

Flop sizing is fine on such a dry board...

Lol yea flop sizing is fine. What does random V take this line with that's worse than an ace? Not an ace, only trips and higher IMO.
