no info on villian, it's his first hand at the table. How did I play this? Should I call this river bet?

Looking back I really think I should have called. The odds were ok on the river, and I really don't think a queen makes any sense here. Neither does a slowplayed trips or two pair. I probably should have bet the river since it didn't let any more hands beat me.
