Raise preflop.

Barring that pot it on turn and hope he has something. All your small bet did was let him draw cheaply to his flush draw or straight draw that he probably had.

First of all, you want to keep your stack at 100bb at all times, so turn on auto-rebuy. I know in this instance it's not much, but if you were to stack the villain you'd pick up the maximum amount.

Raise all pp from any position in a limp pot. You want to set yourself up to get stacks in by the river. Since he's extremely loose and passive, this might be difficult, but he could catch something he likes and just call off with tp, two pair, flush draws, etc.

On the flop, we're not too worried about a call since he's basically floating his entire range here. Had the board been K high or A high, most of these loose passive players at the micro limits will let you know if they have a big hand by playing fit or fold.

Imo, the turn was where the biggest mistake was made. You bet 28% of the pot, which isn't driving anybody with a pair away, gives draws good immediate odds and leaves value on the table.

On the river the pot is 11bb. Had you raised ~3/4 pot on the turn to .10 there would be 17bb in the pot. And if you had potted it, there would have been 21bb in the pot.

Anyway, I guess the point that I'm making is that bet sizing is so important when extracting maximum value. So raise big(ger)!
