So after being up 250$ on 0.10-0.20 6max on iPoker im suddenly only loosing.

Besides running horrible I dont play well. I open op 4-6 tables, but when I loose 1 buyin to something like KK vs AA or just a guy sucking out I dont have the patience to stick around and leave. My roll have plomitted from allmost 600 to 200 and im now down to playing NL 10. I feel the NL 10 people allways have the upper hand on me, when I have kings they have aces, when I flop trips they allways fold, when I cbet with air they float me ect ect.

Its a ****ing nightmare. I proberly spewed 100$ away playing tournaments since cash tilted me so ****ing bad. Oh and im also 180$ under EV over like 25K sample :/

have u tried to take a longer break? sounds like you cant really enjoy the game anymore and your tilt starts immediatly after sth bad happens.
sometimes its better just to start at the beginning again. some things become automatic after a time and you have to relearn standard situations because u've read fancy stuff etc etc..

take a longer break until you really want to play again and enjoy using the skills you learned. and i dont know how many hands u played all together.
But for some people running reeeeeally bad occurs pretty late and they are not used to it.

Apart from the fact that you obviously have tilt issues, this is prob just variance, it happens, play through.

How many hands do you play in a session?

From now on play only 3 tables, take a break every 45 mins.
Work out a little during breaks, push-ups etc.

Read more strat and watch more vids.

Maybe get some coaching too.

Take a break. You are not gonna be able to beat 2nl with that attitude.

25k hands is nothing.

From my experience I think taking a short break from Poker can be very beneficial, if you constantly think about Poker it can get you down and affect your game. When I'm on a bit of a down swing I find a 24 hour break generally fixes my tilt and instead of my profit line plummeting, the downward slope will get less and less steep, then straight and finally upward again.

Consider tightening up your hand selection during down swings, this will hopefully put you in less tilt inducing situations. I do this and it seems to work well and gradually builds your confidence so you can start opening up again.

GL to you Sir!

yeah it might have something to do with me playing when i dont really want to play.

Also downswings are more brutal when I play 12 tables which I sometimes do

Take a week of from poker, start playing for tables and stay calm. Try switching to another network, get a fresh start.

yeah ive been thinking on goin to merge. iPoker seriusly have problems with Bots, and those who are not bots are on 2+2 so the competition is not good. maybe even back to Stars since i like the layout/design MUCH MUCH more.

Also when im on a heater seassion I need to stick around longer rather than quit fast after winning 3-4 buyins.

I'd not recommend stars, from what I've experienced it's one of the tougher sites with, and a lot of rake. I'd recommend ongame (very soft micro stakes from my experience) even though the software kinda sucks!

Don't play so many tables.
Don't keep playing when you're on tilt, take a step back for 10-20 minutes.
Don't play for too long without eating/drinking.
Take breaks every hour or two.
Get back to the basics.
Play ABC poker, don't do fancy stuff.
Work on getting your confidence back.
If it is as bad as you say take a break from poker all together for a few days or weeks.
Remember you don't have to get it all back in one session.
And most of all just remember if you stay on top of your game it will pass, it always does.
EDIT: Also forgot, learning to deal with downswings is part of poker, you can't get to down on yourself during them just like you can't get to high during upswings.

Just my two cents.

Why would you come to merge? You have 200k americans that wish they could play on stars. You must not be thinking right.

Grunch. Play less tables. Have a regular length of session 1-2 hours. Review session + study for 1-2 hours. Don't play when you're tilting.

Sucks to hear. Take a break, make sure you never play while on tilt.

I'm on a downswing right now. I was on a huge tear last month on 10NL and in the last week I've been in the red due to several cooler spots that stacked me. Variance sucks.

Good advice, try and get your mindset to cope with loosing better and see the bigger picture. I had big problems with loosing and taking a break didn't really help with me, I adjusted by cutting short loosing sessions, having timed sessions so I didn't play to long and loose concentration.

Because they see a normal 9-5 as a life downswing?

open up a blog, do something to keep you motivated

and also i jerk off or have sex with gf then jerk off before i start a session or after the first hour of the session (keep in mind my sessions last for like 10 hours) which seems to help

If you want to pm me your Skype name I'd be more than happy to talk some poker with you. Having a solid group of people to talk hands with directly can help an immense amount.
