Equity to make a call from BB Justified.

So if (unknown) BU opens for 3BB, SB folds, and we are on the BB with 89o.
Mathmetically we would need 33% hand equity to make this call, however, we are disregarding the fact that we are OOP and the power of position.
My question to you guys, assuming vilain is "unknown". What is the bottom line equity wise for calling here? In other words, what would be the minimum?
