Very well written and informative article. This is basically exactly what I do on the deep stack ante tables. I've based a lot of my strategy off Bugs articles in DONKR forums who outlines similar notions to what you have.
Bugs outlines strategies where we can play at an almost NASH theory where we can be unexploitable, however its
more profitable to play an exploitative (ie depolarised) range. This of course enables us to be exploited
I think you make some good points at articulating exactly why certain ranges are more effective vs different opponents. I think in my game I leak a little 3betting a bit too polarized vs some bad regs/stations, where I should be more depolarized.
I've found this sort of loose 3betting is insainly profitable. I've been sitting at just above 20bb/100 from a 70k hand sample on 5/10c, 8/16c and 10/25c deep ante tables doing this.
Further discussion to this article that would be good is post flop betting in 3bet pots. I've done a lot of self learning on what cards/flop textures against what opponents we should be barreling. Further more what turn cards we should be double barreling.
