Villain is an aggro reg.

I'm surprised how often this is a full house lately. Lots of x/c x/r lines with sets on wet boards. I've called it off with overpairs/TPTK hands thinking it looks like a missed draw (or a drawing hand on the turn that wants to maximise fold equity) only to run into the nuts. So maybe I'm biased when I say well played. Even though your hand is disguised somewhat, I think it'd be leveling yourself to call the river.

Defo the Nuts... Ok, sure a Non 0% of the time it's a bluff / semi-bluff but such a small number that the odds you're getting is not even close.

I think villain is the type that would 3bet JJ & 88 pre flop and CR such a wet flop if he hit a set. TBH, I think its most likely QJ or K10h or Axh.

Don't overthink it and fold. This is only a call if you've witnessed him bluff shoving the river before and have a note of it.

That the turn was your TPTK doesn't really change the fact that this villain line is very strong. I think that if he was planning to play draws aggressively he'd probably raised the flop.

I think the turn is a fold but a very difficult one. But the river is definitely an easy one

Big leak to call the turn here then fold river. Just fold your TPTK when villain goes x/c x/r. Top pair is almost never good there.

If he was going to semibluff he would have done it on the flop.

^ not if he just turned the flush draw though. Is it that bad to call turn and hope for a non heart river but fold any heart river?

I would fold turn - reasoning is that if I call turn and he bets any serious river I'm folding anyway.
So why call that raise turn on that drawy board?

Yes pretty bad imo. Even aggressive regs aren't bluffraising with BDFDs very often. There's also the fact that the board smashes his calling range, so many things he can have here that have you beat. Apart from sets there is QJ, T9s etc which are all hands he might call with in the BB.

My experience with Merge is that it's filled with nut peddlers. I'd fold turn like my cards were on fire.
