I would play it the same. Sometimes check the flop though. Prefer checking against dumber opponents.

i would check flop or bet more
as played i think you should call this river if you believe in your turn call

i really dont like how you played this hand though
-i would make a real cbet and check call if your read is that he floats or bets his draws in position...but otherwise check/fold

same applies if you take the check flop line...

I don't really have a problem with the way you played it other than the cbet size. Betting turn isn't bad either. I think the QQ is good often enough to make a call profitable here.
