Double barrel turn after c-bet?

Villain is 40/21/47 over 40 hands. I have a few questions about how I played this hand:
- Was 3-betting AQs too loose a play here? And if it is correct to 3-bet, is 3x too high?
- With one high card on the flop and villain with a wide range I figured it was correct to c-bet here. But does villain calling a 3-bet PF mean I should be more cautious?
- Should I be double barrelling the turn here?

3bet is fine, with those stats they're certainly calling with worse (3bet a merged range vs this fish, i.e stuff like KQ etc). , plus you're in position. Cbetting this flop is fine, once a fish like this calls though, they're probably calling any turn bet. The 6 is a very bad card for you, it'll keep stuff like 67, 78 etc that the fish would call with in the pot, so I check it back.
