I don't think a raise otf accomplishes anything with villain's bet-size so it's fine imho.

You want to jam when your hand is almost never beaten, ip can have flushes and str8 so when you bet big a lot of his calling range beats you. If you bet smaller then you get some calls form hands like Kx AA ect.

I agree with what you are saying, the thing is shouldn't we adjust towards value vs these opponents? Vs unknown I wouldn't size up that much

Against fishy opponent, sth that looks like a weak lead, like 0.08-0.10 or sth. Most of the time weak means weak and strong means strong with those kind of players.
