I probably don't iso here, and I'd check back Turn.

Checking back turn sounds fine yeah (we won't be too happy with an 8 anyway so we don't improve that much ott), not sure about pf. Guess I sometimes iso and sometimes just fold... Against this player we don't have a lot of FE pf so depending on fold to cbet stats I iso here.

Don't think I'd fire a third barrel. Don't think the Q changes too much, would sooner barrel a K or A (although in this case I might not as we actually have one). We also have sd value against other draws he might be calling with.

Preflop: Sometimes I iso, sometimes I don't, but it is very dependent of villain fold to cbet stats.

Flop: You made a half pot cbet on a very wet flop. Bet Bigger if you want to take the pot. You need to make it -EV to flush/straight draws and maybe sometimes scare small pairs.
But you can consider just checking back, the flop connects very well with villain range and probably not with your image assuming you are a typical TAG player (like many 2+2 micro stakes players). This is very dependent on villain stats and your image.

Turn: Check.
River: Check. You pot-size bet on the Turn isolated you against a strong range of the villain. Stop bluffing.

The guy is probably a fish and you do want to play as many hands as possible against him. But you will lose some hands until you connect nicely with the board to get all his chips. Didn't happen this time, you don't have to win all times. You don't need to spend so much money bluffing him... you will spend some (but less) money to play many times against him, but waiting the right hand to beat him.
