Bet big on big hands and bet small on small hands. I think it's a fold on either the flop or turn imo, probably better if it's on the flop because you know he is going to fire again and you only have top pair second kicker. The only thing you beat is AJ or AT and they wouldn't raise you

I might call this flop, but definitely fold the turn. When he leads the turn like that after c/r the flop, he's representing a good hand. You showed interest in the hand by putting in a big bet on the flop and then calling a raise (min raise . . . but still). In this situation, I think your hand is pretty much face up as either a diamond flush draw or a decent ace. He is betting this turn for value against you (looks like 2p/set). I'd fold turn because raising, you're only getting called by better, and if you call, expect a river shove by the villain.
