i have very small sample on him (60 hands) 23/19...
is this ever a call or i just completely missread the situation?

I mean it's either a flush or nothing right? There's no way they're triple-barrel bluffing often enough to justify a call here imo. You'd have to try really hard to come up with a range where you had at least 42% equity.

Good fold. You have flushes in your range as well so it would be brave for them to bluff this river, especially this deep.
