i think youre getting valuebet because your hand is face up

I don't think he has a king and is turning his hand into a bluff. It doesnt look like you have much.
He could have AK but he folds all other Kx hands preflop right?
3betting AK here is pretty bad imo.

he could just as easily be bluffing for exactly the same reason

This is exactly what makes this spot so difficult. It's such an easy VB w/K+ and also such an easy bluff without.

I guess he won't always turn a worse made hand (99-JJ) into a bluff here, which could make it a fold.

hes not bluffing here imo. He flats the 3bet so the only hand he could really be turning into a bluff is AQ.

If he was going for the bluff he probably will attempt it on the flop. I would not play your hand like this(esp. OOP). I would either lead flop, or c/f turn. As played, I'd probably fold river.

DrGiggy has KK here approximately 1 time in never. Anyone who has played him more than a time or two knows that he is really aggressive. He knows this, and he probably gets paid plenty when he cold 4-bets.
