I recently realized that a lot of the regulars I play with love to 3 bet a ton out of position. I feel like the only way to fight back vs this was to either 4bet bluff with blockers or to start flatting hands like AJ AT and try to steal it away on the turn vs players that have a huge difference in their flop c bet and their turn c bet.
I have a really high f3b in the fr games and I feel like regulars abuse this a lot. Whats your best advice for fighting back vs these players?
Calculate their 3b range in that specific position. Then decide to 4b them, just call, or fold with your holdings. It is quite difficult to tell you the answer, because your best move will depend on villain you are against. Villains are different so your moves also should be different. There is no cut in stone strategy for this.
