i didnt put him on the nut flush draw.. kinda hard to do.
should i have bet the turn or river? evertime i think i know what i should have done, i come up with a reason to do something else, i'd like to know what other people think.

maybe raise the flop a little less to save a few bbs, still get the same effect of him checking that turn. I think if you check turn you are telling him you dont have a 9, so you cant really bluff the river. I think I would have just raised flop a little less, then checked it down and hope he missed a straight draw and move on.

You may call the flop bet and fire the turn if he checks to you.

As played you have to bet the turn, since you wont get value (unless villain is really spewy) if you do hit the flush on the river, plus you have some FE because you raise his turn lead.

If he check/calls this turn, he has a marginal hand with SD value, dont bet river unless you hit, since he is not likely to fold anything at NL2

ive been having quite some problems with my draws lately. if you do bet the flop, and he calls, you should be tthe turn as a semi bluff to get him off of weakk nines and any 8s correct? if he calls a turn bet do you shut down? is this +ev (well given a certain type of villain of course)? i think if he just raises the turn after raising the flop i think he represents a pretty strong 9 or better and villain will fold alot of times. but is that true at nl2?
