Could I have made a better play on the flop? Could I have made a better play on the flop?

There was a lot of bluffing going on with the CO playing relatively loose (with small sample size). KJs is at the bottom of my UTG range, but I am trying to understand if I could have got away from this with 27BB.

PokerStars, $2.94 + $0.36 - Hold'em No Limit - 60/120 (15 ante) - 9 players

UTG (Hero): 3,231 (27 bb)
UTG+1: 1,673 (14 bb)
MP: 9,458 (79 bb)
MP+1: 16,149 (135 bb)
LP: 16,560 (138 bb)
CO: 3,358 (28 bb)
BU: 6,100 (51 bb)
SB: 3,315 (28 bb)
BB: 1,133 (9 bb)

Pre-Flop: (315) Hero is UTG with J K
Hero raises to 350, 4 players fold, CO calls 350, 3 players fold

Flop: (1,015) 8 7 J (2 players)
Hero bets 510, CO raises to 1,020, Hero raises to 2,866 (all-in), CO calls 1,846

Turn: (6,747) 5 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (6,747) 5 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: 6,747

Showdown:
UTG (Hero) shows J K (two pair, Jacks and Fives)
(Equity - Pre-Flop: 29%, Flop: 13%, Turn: 7%, River: 0%)

CO shows J A (two pair, Jacks and Fives - higher kicker)
(Equity - Pre-Flop: 71%, Flop: 87%, Turn: 93%, River: 100%)

CO wins 6,747

Thanks - first time poster. Can't figure out how to delete this thread though. Sorry all.

Tournament donk, but with these stack sizes I would raise smaller pre.
Flop hit the IP caller quite well, I'd x/c.
