Something weird happend to me today, I had checked my balance at cashier and it showed about 12 USD less than it had to. I've already sent message to support. Have you heard about situation like this?

From the report you can see that you started the month with 100.82 USD balance. Just follow the Balance column and you will be able to see what was your balance with any particular time&day.

You mean audit? or deposits? They sent me audit, but it's hard to read because I was changing tables and had some swings. I know that I finished playing at 10 pm yesterday and I had 111 USD, got back to home at 2.30 am and I started playing I played badly, had some swings but when I hit flush and get called by QQ I finished and checked tracker and it told me that night session was +5USD. I opened cashier to confirm it but I saw 106. As you can see at screens my tracker (and my memory) say one thing, cashier the other

Your tracker could've missed some hands, you could've done something and simply not remember it. You could've accidently registered for the sunday storm rather than unregister. There's a ton of reasons, but I honestly doubt it has anything to do with Stars taking your whole 12$.

Trackers don`t always import 100% of the hands, don`t panic. Ask for all the hands played this month and reimport them.

Often if you lose a hand and close the table immediately the hand doesn't get imported.

My HEM1 winnings never matches my actual winnings.

I also noticed that in HEM1 sometimes the last hand of the session doesn't always get recorded if you have 'sit out next bb and close' checked.
