I need to fold because I only have TPTK? What about he bluffing AQ/AJ?

This is a very good hand to bluffcatch with. The Kc is the most relevant kicker you could have. The problem is people are rarely ever bluffing here. Calling these big bets on the end is good way to go busto fast.

If you're checking the river to induce a bluff, you should snap it off. The only other play is to jam the river yourself. Villain should only have 2 or 3 combos of flushes (QJs, JTs, maybe T9s).

The population is not going to be bluffing this river very often and so if your intent is to check/call you really should just shove hoping to get max value from his worse hands.

As for your question, very few players at 5NL are turning AQ/AJ into a bluff OTR.
