I think the 3bet pre is too lose.

Spot sucks and I don't know tbh, depends on what you know about villain; if you think they are on the weaker side they could be shoving flushes for value (although they shouldn't) so I'd call. vs a competent player he really only has 88 or 66, I'd expect KK to 4bet and K8 to never be in range, however I can't think of any hands you beat vs the line and it's extremely underbluffed.

Firstly, I would overbet on the flop since the villain, having called from the BTN versus MP open, has 99, TT, some JJ and nut flush draws. I would again overbet on turn to get value from the villain's made flushes as much as possible (he would also probably call again with 9

9). I would think that K

is inconsequential since K8s should not be calling from the BTN vs MP open preflop and KK should be 3betting. 9

and 7

should not be calling preflop as well. So I would definitely lose my house, my car, and most importantly my dog in this spot.
