can we consider a reshove on the river?

This hand confused me because he had the tendencies to donk bet every top pair second pair on flops. Also hard to bluff out of pairs so reshoving would be spew?

I would never shove this river. What are we getting to call that we beat? Nothing. What will fold that beats us? Maybe AQ, kq, or jq.

I would call just since we are getting a good price.
