For sure you can. The times he has QQ the other AA etc. and gets stubborn are pretty nil if he's not sticky. Btw you set up the PSB for him with too big a turn bet.

what range do you put him on when he calls your flop AND turn bet in a 3bet pot on this board, then shoves river?

So should I check turn and then C/C river to try to get a cheap showdown? Or is it best to make a smaller turn bet and C/F river?

I put his range at about AK, KQ, and 10s+ after calling the flop in which case a lot of his holdings beat me. So cheap showdown is probably better since after the turn I'm either way ahead or way behind.
