Definitely not. His stack is only 50BB to start with and his 3bet is likely to be JJ+/AQ+. About the best you can hope for is flopping a monster draw and you won't have anywhere near enough FE when you do to make it profitable.

nah without reads easiest fold in the world. Wait until the same guy 3bets you a few times in one session to start gettin fancy but yeah easy fold.

Would very much depend on the villain. Without some info about how he plays no. With some reads maybe.
