villans 3bet range is AA,KK,QQ,maybe AK

stacks are $400 100bbs.

Preflop: Hero is BTN with [6c,7c]
4 folds, MP3 calls $4.00, 1 fold, Button bets $16.00, 1 fold, SB raises to $64, 1 fold, Button calls ?

Is this +ev call when we are likely to face 3 barrells and have no FE if we flop draws?

Contrary to popular believe, you don't play SCs for their implied odds in 100bb poker. You play them for semibluffing odds or whatever you wanna call it. You don't really have FE vs QQ+, so no, don't. Vs a laggy opponent they get better because you can jam over his barrels with very good FE.

The wider the 3bet range and the more likely we can steal makes calling SC's more +ev.

Just in case its not: even with small PP we cant call here even if his hand is always QQ+ and he is never folding.

And with SCs we flop better than 1pr even less often.

We are getting 2to1 direct and stand to make a total of 9to1 with implied odds.

Its a fold.

Just in case this is serious, the 22% equity you have comes from seeing 5 cards. Outflopping rarely happens, and you won't get any freecards if villains range is premium.

Eh, coldi, I would have to disagree with you here. I dont think you can call 3 bets to 12-15bb with only 100bb with 67ss if you think the Villain's range is only QQ+
