PokerStars - $0.02 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 170 BB (VPIP: 22.22, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 10)
SB: 102.5 BB
BB: 100 BB (VPIP: 26.83, PFR: 10.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 42)
UTG: 162 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 2)
Hero (MP): 98.5 BB
CO: 218.5 BB (VPIP: 33.33, PFR: 33.33, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A 9

fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, fold, BTN calls 2.5 BB, SB calls 2 BB, fold

Flop: (8.5 BB, 3 players) 9 4 6
SB checks, Hero bets 6 BB, BTN calls 6 BB, fold

Turn: (20.5 BB, 2 players) 3
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: (20.5 BB, 2 players) 2
Hero bets 15 BB, BTN raises to 30 BB

I was unsure whether to call the raise or jam it all in. Who raises this river? Anyone with less than a flush - no, Khx unlikely; so that leaves us with bluffs and 5hx. Bluffs will fold to a shove and 5h, while an unlikely holding, calls every time to beat us. Is there enough worse hands that will call a shove to take the (small) risk?

Flop looks a little bit big 3ways.

Definitely barrel the turn.

I would snap shove river.

If I lead out say 15BB on the turn, who calls? Overcards? Unlikely once a load of flush and straight draws get there, Worse flushes, yes but they will likely bet the turn anyway when checked to, XhXo type hands who have picked up a flush draw (especially KhX or QhX) possibly call or take a stab at the pot when I check it too them on a scare card, straights probably called and maybe even people who picked up an OESD but the river kills the action there. Sets will call but their action again got killed on the river anyway. A check induces bluffs on the turn or river. 2nl zoom is very nitty in off peak hours.

If I do barrel the turn (and river?) what bet sizing are we going for?

The hands you're trying to get to bluff are going to call anyways. Let's pretend that he has KxQ. Do you think he's going to fold? Meanwhile, a bunch of sdv hands like 9T, A6, 77, and 88 are checking behind but probably call a bet. So yes, KQ bluffs but you miss out on those hands and slowplayed hands.

These two sentences completely contradict each other. You can't have it both ways. Either they're too nitty to put chips in the middle to make standard calls and big bluffs or they're not. Also, these random hands like the KQo I mentioned are folding flop since they have someone behind them because nitty. The only real bluffing hand for villain here is 78s of which there are 3 non flush combos.
