Home Game 1/2- Villain is competent player, one of the more aggressive players.
Hero-$600ish Villain $350ish
Hero Raises $8 AT spades UTG+1.
Button-SB-BB (villain) all Call $32
Flop 4c Ah Tc
Hero Bets $16
Button-SB Fold BB calls ($64)
Turn 5s
Hero Bets $40 Villain Calls ($144)
River Jc (4c Ah Tc 5s Jc)
Hero (ATs) bets $75 Villain Jams $290
Overall thoughts on Bet sizing and what is river play? Bet Fold? Check Call? Check Fold?

Struggling to understand the HH. Aren't you in position as UTG+1 Vs BB on the river? So why do you bet first and how can you have check-call as an option?

AP river is check fold, but i would lean towards biger bets on flop and turn, villain very often is drawing to nuts here with big implied odds, so we have to charge him

I think you should be sizing up OTF and OTT. The board has two big draws that are both in Vs range. We want to charge them to get there. I’d have gone about 3/4 pot on flop and pot or even 1.5 pot on turn. I grew that the river is a x/f AP.
Also, there is a forum for live games and they’re pretty good at the nuances of live play as opposed to online.
