does anyone consider re-raise jamming the river for value? If he's tag and slow-plays his big hands, there aren't many 2's in his pre-flop raising range and he's likely checking behind aces and AQ on the flop, right? How often does he c-bet? That might influence leading out with our set and maybe getting it in earlier...

too thin. Don't think he's raise/calling worse often enough on a 4 straight board to make up for the times we get value owned by better sets/str8's. He also doesn't check alot of his 2p hands on this flop, A3 is discounted, A4/A5 usually cbet; We just aren't doing that well vs a reasonable perceived calling range.

agreed and maybe i'm misunderstanding what constitutes a big hand in villain's eyes, if he overvalues hands than maybe a shove for value is right (like if he is slowplaying A3). otherwise, just calling this river as played is right.
