Villain is passive nit who plays his hands face up. 18/8 over 105 hands, no notes so I don't have any reads but he's straight forward. Is there anything in his range other than better sets here?

This guy has no semibluffs in his range, and can he play an overpair like this and stack off?

i've been playing omaha alot and it's causing me to rethink these spots. I think I'm always looking at a better set when he stacks off here

against the other players I'm getting it in here MP and SB but this guy has no bluffs or semibluffs in his range and I can't see him with a value range we beat. He just check/raised a UTG opener on a dry board 4 way.

This is going to be locked but if it was a rainbow board, versus a very straightforward nit I would fold. 2 tone and when you have only this much history and he could have all kinds of draws, I don't see a fold.

You really can't have a full read on a guy over 105 hands.

If he had turned up with 46 we wouldn't have this post.

Im sure its more just results orientated thinking.

Probably a fold with just a set in PLO but never in NLHE.

Then what's your question? Should you fold if you're 100% sure you're beat? Probably.

Just gotta take your cooler imo

18/8 and 'plays straightforward' is nowhere close to enough of a read for me to lay down bottom set on 853r

This is obv a fold in omaha but you can't let that mindset leak over into HE. You are beat by 6 hand combos only

I give him here
- set of 8s
- set of 5s
- 99 - JJ
- A10+ of spades

and im not sure, that he would play his sets this agressive
I realy dont see me folding here...

he's got 67ss woooo

i ship it, 100hands and this isn't such a dry board for a CO calling range

if he's got a higher set then you got coolered, nothing much you can do there unless you just flatted his raise, once you re-raise his raise you're pot committed anyway ?
