Bottom set on limped pot

SB is a fish 64/29 after 80 hands
BB is a reg 20/12 after 171 hands
Preflop there was some dead money placed probably by a fish, since I was in a passive table I limped behind. Did not see how isolating with 22 would be profitable vs probably a fish.
After flop the action seemed a hell lot like a set to me from the BB. But I dont know how I could fold this hand. How could I have played it better?
