Villian is a nitty type of player, probably some scared money, he had 6/6/oo stats in a 70 or so sample.

I call the min 3B for set value obv, i flop it, but am not super excited when our villian flat calls preflop agresors bet - smells heavily like 55 or TT. I minraised, beacuse I don't want to push the original betor out, perhaps flating would be better? But when our villian jamms i am like 90% sure he has TT or 55, so the question is can I find a fold here or is even thinking about a fold a major mistake? You obviously cant fold 55 there but can I fold 33?

I really don't like your minraise here on the flop, it screems strength imo. If you call preflop for setvalue and you flop a set I think your only two options here on the flop are to make a normal sized raise and get it in or flat and try and get it in on the turn.
I agree with you that as you played it it looks like villain could have you beat as his line is consistent with TT,55 there is however also a chance he has a hand like JJ, 64 which I guess is a slim one.

Wrong forum and I lead the flop at this level.
