Villain had these stats 25/25 from around 15 hands with 100% C-bet. (Not enough, I know, but clearly not playing ATC). I think a 1/2 pot bet OTF showed he was a little scared from the monotone board....

Was this played incorrectly? I'm assuming that some people would comment that I shouldn't be bluffing at the micros, and maybe that pre-flop KT shouldn't be in my 3-bet call range?

Yeah KTo is too weak to call preflop. Definitely too weak to call flop.
