I have a few hands on villain, he appears semi loose but sample size is too small

1 fold, MP raises to $12, CO calls $12, 2 folds, Hero raises to $44, 1 fold, CO calls $32

I think your sizing is a bit big considering you basically only rep a flush w/ that size. I'd also prefer this line of bluff against a better player who thinks you can valuebet thin. Against a loosish unknown, I think you'll get looked up a good bit

with what range is he calling this tho

I agree I probably should have bet 150ish I think, accomplishes the same thing

If he calls this bet @ all, I think a smaller bet will accomplish the same basically. I think he could call w/ 77-TT if he arrives to river like this w/ it, as well as better obv. I expect newish people to look me up light here.

you never have a flush here, because if you had the draw you'd almost always be firing the Q on the turn.

You are never potting it on the river with a smaller pair, and you never have the Queen yourself.

You rep nothing.

i like the fact that the expression of ur avatar shows exactly what you thought on the turn and this is why the river bet is just not that good. inconsistent line and all you rep is a weakly played Akss.

you should 3bet to a bigger size pre flop, basically to discourage people from calling (for obvious reasons).

you should fire the turn definitally. once you check the turn you are giving up the hand effectively, because a flush draw/ Qx or better, would never ever check the turn

Take the $150 that you want to bet on the river and bet it on the turn

this board in particular isnt very good for this line, since villain might want to put you on flush an knows you cant have it much... if you want to bluff, just put it in on the turn.
also i think preflop is really bad against that stacksize.

that said. Bet-check-bet line in a 3bet pot used to rarely be a bluff. dynamics change
