As a rule of thumb, never call with QTo pre from any position apart from bb. And never 3bet it.

This flop is decent for your range, so you could in theory have a leading range, but I don't think it is easy to implement, so I'd recommend another rule of thumb. If you weren't the preflop raiser and you are out of position, always check the flop.

As played, once you get to the turn, a bet is fine. Because the flush has got in, you probably want to size down a little, so half pot is fine, but in just about any other situation, you should be betting at least 2/3 pot on the turn. Same applies to the river, although even here you want to be going at least 2/3 pot.
