Bet to induce?

Villiain is very bluffhappy and is barrelling alot, and thats why i dont get it in on the flop
But the tricky spot is the river, should i bet to induce? I checked behind as u can see, but would a bet like 20 get him to shove the rest in?

If you say he is bluffing a lot so he is capable of check/raising that flop as a bluff...wouldn't a 3bet be the best play to get maximum FE..that's where most of your EV comes from combo draws.
On the river i really don't get it... why would you want to induce a bluff with 7 high?
