Hello there,

I am looking to take my bankroll to HU Cash at some point in the near future. I was wondering how large my bankroll should be for NL50 as well as where the best place to learn to play heads up is. I know it's pretty vague questions but i'm very open to all answers.

Thanks for your response!

Kinda depends what your BR means to you, if you are planning to play for a living then id recommend 100 BI's, If you are playing to learn/have fun then anywhere a low as 20BI's should be fine.

Id recommend stars over anywhere(Or any site with some sort of zoom tables in play), mainly cause you can jump into action at any time, sitting around open sitting all day is gona slow down your learning process.

And you should realize this sht is no joke.

If Spladle were here he might say this: know your own range in every spot on every board.

An academically bent observer might say that he were describing "an informal, intuition-based variant of fictitious play". But WTF would they know.

You would know more, namely that you should seek to know your own range in every spot on every board.

And that's all you would really need to know.

BR management's soul lies not far from that of its forlorn Silly Cousin's - Money Management.

I'll bet you a tidy sum Warren Buffet never read John Kelly's paper. DUCY?

Just read the Wikipedia on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Larry_Kelly,_Jr. and it specifically mentions Warren Buffett, lol.

So not so sure now but I would still say >25% he never read his actual paper.
