bad line vs limp call. Help bad line vs limp call. Help

Villain is 16/2 over 1k hands so very passive.
When he limp calls I almost automatically put him on 22-99 or tt. I think rarely ever he will do this with jj+ other hands he might consider limp calling with are suited connectors and maybe Axs.

Is this a type of board where I should be cbetting this flop? If he raises I feel I'm way behind given his passiveness, but what if he flats? Would it then be a check all the way down.

As played I'm not satisfied with it.

Touch bigger pre.
If your reads are correct we should at least bet flop and turn for value and of course bigger. OTF and OTT we beat so much hands that you put in his range and most of those hands wont fold to at least a flop bet and even a turn bet.

I'd bet the flop and pot control on the turn typically. Why did you decide to pot control on the flop? In your original post you say you put your opponent on a range of 22-TT, if that's true, you should be value-betting this flop.

As played I think i just confused myself in my thought process and started running out of time on the flop.
