If he seems fishy I don't mind calling pre but I'm not sure if you have enough info and if he's squeezing BB vs your UTG raise it usually means he's pretty strong. As Played I'd lead out OTF for around $2. As for how it panned out If either opponent check shoves here it's a snap fold.
I think if he seems fishy I might 4bet/shove but I would probably fold to the pretty big 3bet, seems fairly strong but you figure most micro 3bet ranges are probably 99+, AKs/os, maybe AQ and AJ, A10s, but still against that range you're hurt.

You would have to explain what "fishy" means. Could be a lot of things. I don't think preflop is horrible and postflop seems fine although I'm not thrilled seeing SB shove there when when I'm holding AQ. Tough to put him on just sets and he'll rarely have AK so I call as well.
I generally muck AQ when I raise UTG and someone 3-bets it. I just think you whiff too much when you call. People 3-bet light in CO/BU vs blinds, but not so much in your positions.
As played on the flop, I really can't give too much advice on this spot. You have no reads on the villain, so it's really hard to tell whether he'll do it with any Ax, KQs-QJs, etc. To reiterate what was said earlier, just fold until you can construct a range for your villain.
