Here I had a new player that wasn't full stack and limped UTG so under pure assumptions not great maybe more funside. So when CO opens on the limper I can know that as a decent player he will open a little bit wider on the limper and so I believe that AQs is in a value 3bet range where I believe to be the better hand.

On an A flop i decide to check because he can call with some worst Ax 88-jj KJs+ KQo QJs, JTs, so I feel that in an overall range vs range I feel I get max to streets of value from him. I dont worry about utg because I was overconfident about him being just weak and more concerned about the better player. Turn is what it is dont really care about it

Really asking about the what you think of preflop and what you think of check flop or do you prefer a bet here?

Pre is fine, though we might flat as well.

Flop I'd just bet/ get it in. Sure we will be running into AK / set sometimes but expect to be good often enough.

Cbet the flop. You list a whole range of worse hands that will call and decide to check?
Maybe you only get 2 streets of value but you'll get more on the F&T as opposed to the T&R because of all possible draws/floats.
Not sure why you think you'd never get 3 streets tho.

Against a player that's willing to L/C 13bbs, you should never check TPQK.
