What is his C-Bet %?
I think he rarely has a flush here, and even if he's flopped one, you block the nuts.
I'd put him on a set (JJ), overpairs (QQ+), broadways (KQ, KJ, KT, QT, QJ).
Look like he's betting to take down the pot.
With no specific reads, I think raising flop, barreling turn and shoving river is the best play here, since you can make the nuts on turn/river and has lots of fold equity since u block the nuts.

Not sure how much fold equity we have, and hand seems a little too strong to be raising now and flipping or an underdog. Would he fold Jx on the flop, why would we be raising a made flush, would we raise JJ - possibly we'll want to balance JJ with this, but we have good sdv so... it's a flat from me.

I really hate raising flop and much prefer flatting.

Call. JJ+ is never folding and we would like to get two pot sized streets of value from worse diamonds if we get there.

Raise flop. You have sets and nonnut flushes for value why not raising bluffs with Ad.

Im pretty sure that if he held nondiamond QQ-AA he would cbet bigger (trying to protect/ getting it in).
So imo the hands that make most sense are KxKd,QxQd,JJ,TxTd, KQ with a diamond, AxKd,AxQd, + some nondiamond AK. Against that range we have about 50%+ Equity.
If we just call, we will have to fold a lot of turns, and give away huge amounts of said Equity.
If we raise,
1) we can quite comfortably get it in and most likely be about flipping
2) we can fold out a lot of HIS Equity.
3) we can get him to check the turn and realise our Equity with getting a free river.
So it is a raise for me.

Mix it up. There's good reasons for both raise and call. Mixing it up makes you harder to play against. Both are definitely profitable plays.
Lean towards whichever seems to exploit villain more. What's his cbet like? Can't really say much from just his 3bet%

I'd rather flat flop. V could be betting with worse broadways and we only have two sets and a small number of low flushes which lower our fE% especially in a 3b pot
