Because of villians betsizing PF I assumed he was a passive player.
Since the board is pretty dry and villian probably(not always) would bet an ace, I thought it better to check the flop with the intention to valuebet the turn.

After his raise on the turn, I am not sure what to do. On one hand, I would assume that he isn't checking 2 streets with a strong hand, but I also don't see how he could be bluffing here except for the unlikely JT, if he is agressive enough to bluffraise here he would be agressive enough to c-bet in the first place.
Am I correct that this turn is a fold?

IMO when you are facing these kind of fish that are just clickraising and whatnot you have to understand that their decisions are incredibly impulsive and illogical. It's a mistake to assume that he's even considering your range and if its a good board to bluff. Believe me I know how damn tilting these spots are when you call down and see he turned two pair with A9o or some **** but I also think there's this massive range of both horrible value bets and random bluffs that Villain will have where he's literally just clicking buttons with absolutely no rational train of thought to justify it (this is exactly what makes these spots so damn tilting when you call down lose). I think you played this fine, I really like the check back on the flop because against these kinds of fish it will induce random spazz bluffs some amount of the time. As played I think there is no way you can fold either the turn or river, there are just way too many irrational, horrible value bets with worse hands that he is making as well as impulsive bluffs that have nothing to do with what he thinks you are holding or what the board is. Sounds like you got unlucky and hit the top of his range, but this spot could come up a billion times against this type of player and i would never fold the turn or river as played.
