Raise the limper who is a 56/0, and get called by a 62/27. Dont have any notes on the villain, but he gets to showdown a ton (56). What is the best line here?

bet bigger on flop and bet turn. c/c or c/f river depending on his sizing.

Bet larger on the flop and barrel the turn. Villain is calling wide, probably has a lot of broadway combinations in his range that hit pair+draw on the flop that we can value-town. Calling us down with any Ax and flush draws too. Don't check the turn, giving up value and the initative - forces you to c/c which is a bad leak because you give up the initiative and are oop and leaves his range undefined, loses value, etc.

If turn had gone bet and call then I would have bet/folded the river small.
