what hapened around hand 24-26k sick red line swings.. moved way up?
04-16-2012 , 01:46 AM
24-26k I lost ~25/30 flips at 600nl or smth like that... was after running terribly in a session playing 400nl->2knl as well

99% sure it's just runbad... time will tell

200nl/400nl for the rest of the month, probably going to implement proper BRM as well for the first time ever... 50BI minimum

doing this not because I think it's the most profitable decision but because I can't really handle the stress/pressure of playing with 10-20BI like I usually do... especially while full-time at uni

Nothing like losing 10K and going in to final exams all in the same 2 week period right? Good times I'm sure :P

I was totally lost in this hand! I have no info on Villain, he was playing 16/14 over ~40 hands and I didn't want to stack off in this situation so I flatted pre. Postflop is fine? It looks like he got something better than my TPTK

    Hopefully first of many!

5 x a week is the plan. But I play a lot of football so might have to tailor it around that.
    04-16-2012 , 10:39 AM
5x a week sounds like a bad idea
    04-16-2012 , 10:58 AM
    yea start with 3x
    04-16-2012 , 11:06 AM
Mind posting your routine for 5x? I was thinking about switching to it.
    04-16-2012 , 11:42 AM
I forgot this was the health and fitness guru's forum.

I'm pretty sure 5x will be fine considering it's not like I have been sat on my ass for 2 years. I play football 4-5x a week, and I am separating my muscle groups out so I'm not going chest and bi's 5x a week.

I will post my program another day as the sheet is in my car. It's only a basic hypertrophy program, over the off-season I am going to have more sport specific personal training.

And do some plyometrics using one of these bad boys.
    04-16-2012 , 11:53 AM
5x a weak is fine. It's a normal workout routine that will get results. One day for heavy compound exercises like deadlifts and other lef stuff like squats. No one is working out correctly without deadlifts and squats. An everything else twice a week separated between the four days. 3x a week is a very minimal workout whereyou'll plateau after just a few months.

Sorry let me elaborate about squats and deadlifts. Heavy use of both once a week will increase your bodies testoserone production making every single excercise more effective. They also strengthen your legs and core in a way that increase your entire bodies strength. Build an entire day around them and do things like the "woodsman" as your burnout and you will definitely increase your overall strength and machoiness.

I was a trainer so if you have questions I could tailor just about any plan to anyones personal needs.

Maybe they are 14 tabling and have a decision on another table? But yeah that really pisses me off too when I pull my table to the side to watch it and it seems like theyll never act then they shove.

You should actually post your reasoning in H&F so we can laugh at it.

For me it's more like having a bipolar crazy hot girlfriend where the sex is awesome but she throws the craziest tantrums and breaks **** when you're arguing.
