Full tilt at 10NL or lower takes 1c per 15c and this equals 6.66% Rake and if you have 27%RB that is ~4.8%Rake.
Stars Max rake is 5% and that's the max. Most of the time it will be in the low 4% area and if your pots are raised pf lets say to 30c and guy calls, thats 60c, and u cbet and take it down, stars rakes $0 while ftp will rake $4c.
