Brick and Mortar 3-5 blind 5-500 spread limit game.

I'm sitting with $300, villain has been LAG.

UTG and UTG+1 limp in, Villain makes it $20 on button. I call with AKo in BB. Limpers call too.

Flop is Q44 rainbow. We check to villain, he c-bets $40.

I don't like the Q on the flop, nor the two limpers yet to act behind me, I muck.

I would like to play this hand more aggressevely in the future under these circumstances, but am unsure of the best line to follow:

Should I three-bet PF (narrowing field) and C-bet flop?
C/R flop? (Hate doing it with air, but quite often AK is not "air").

Yep, live poker. Us old guys just like the feel of riffling a stack of chips, sitting at a real poker table, bantering with the cocktail waitresses, etc...
