No specific reads on player and I am insure how to proceed after he flats the 4 bet.

fold, you should have took a bet/fold line on the flop with his vpip%. by checking , a bet of 2/3 gives you no equity to call. unless, you have more stats of his post-flop game

I would probably cbet the flop and depending upon reads/image I might try to barrel but in most cases cbet/be done with it UI. As played, fold turn you can't rep anything and no reason to do anything else.
